Paul Capriolo

Paul Capriolo is a seasoned entrepreneur, venture builder and mentor with two successful exits and extensive experience across food science, satellite earth observation and blockchain KYC. As Venture Principal at Portfolio T, he helps early-stage companies from idea to execution, leading product validation, fundraising and MVP development with a 100% success rate.

Previously, Paul led growth at Zentail, tripling ARR and managing over $1 billion in annual e-commerce sales. He co-founded Social Growth, scaling it to $100 million revenue and 300 million monthly users before acquisition. For over a decade, he has mentored hundreds of startups as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Maryland.

Paul’s approach focuses on clarifying priorities, achieving results and building sustainable businesses. He was inducted into the University of Maryland Computer Science Hall of Fame and is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year recipient.
