As Venture Principal at Portfolio T, he helps early-stage companies from idea to execution, leading product validation, fundraising and MVP development with a 100% success rate.
Previously, Paul led growth at Zentail, tripling ARR and managing over $1 billion in annual e-commerce sales. He co-founded Social Growth, scaling it to $100 million revenue and 300 million monthly users before acquisition. For over a decade, he has mentored hundreds of startups as Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Maryland.
