Jean-Pierre is a purpose-driven executive with 18+ years of global experience in scaling innovative business models across tech, urban development and hospitality. He played a key role in Uber’s hyper-growth expanding the company from 50 to 500 cities in under two years.

He also led US market expansion for REEF Technology, transforming parking real estate into urban tech hubs and managed global growth for Tink Labs across 80 countries, enhancing the hotel guest experience.

An entrepreneur with successful exits, founded two companies in regenerative well-being: Blue Space, a wellness real estate platform sold in 2022 and Plaey, a marketplace for personal transformation backed by VF Corp.

He began his career as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, leading smart-city strategy and development across economic, social and environmental initiatives.
