Callum has founded and scaled multiple businesses, most recently Distributed.com, which is the world’s leading enterprise talent cloud with over £30m in annual revenue and backed by Tier 1 investors such as Guinness, Fuel and Foresight. He is also the Expert in Residence at Imperial College London Enterprise Labs, Callum has helped over 30 startups (two now unicorns) and early-stage companies by advising on organisational design, team management, product, fundraising growth, and scaling.
