Andrew Suggs is focused on growing early-stage startups from zero to one. His first venture, Live Chair Health, evolved from reservation software for groomers to a tech-enabled platform deploying Community Health Workers to bridge care gaps for health plans like Carefirst, Elevance and United Healthcare, as well as health systems including Providence and Lifebridge Health.
Currently Head of Growth at CLARA, an HR Tech ethical AI startup, Andrew drives revenue growth, business development, strategic partnerships and product launches. He specializes in customer discovery, go-to-market strategies and user engagement.
Andrew previously worked with the Houston Astros and DHL. He holds a degree from Claflin University and an MBA from Eastern University. He has raised approximately $5M in venture capital and grew his first startup to $3M ACV with over $10M in pipeline.
