Scott is a startup executive and two-time founder in consumer health and CPG with extensive experience in product development, operations and business strategy. He co-founded Nima Labs, developing and patenting the world’s first portable food allergen testers, leading to acquisition by Medline in 2020. As founder and CEO of Space Coyote, he grew one of California’s fastest-growing cannabis brands to acquisition in 2023.
Currently Interim Head of Product and COO at Sunny Developments, Scott partners with early-stage AI, consumer tech and digital health companies to drive product strategy, growth and retention. He has also consulted startups and mentored founders across diverse industries.
Scott’s background includes engineering roles at Johnson & Johnson, MIT Ideation Lab and Actuation and Control Technologies, contributing to innovative product designs and research. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and spending time in nature.
