Libi Berenson

Libi Berenson is an entrepreneur and founder of Elevex, providing Fractional COO/CTO services and mentorship to help startups scale and build strong foundations. She began her career as a Military Officer, gaining leadership and resilience skills, then spent 20 years in technology across B2B/B2C SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, marketing and manufacturing.

Libi worked at Amazon as a Learning Manager helping develop training programs and grow teams. At KOHO, she played a key role in scaling the company from 10 to 80 employees; today KOHO is a fintech unicorn with over 350 staff. She also founded Geenees, a platform empowering donors to fulfill family needs through in-kind giving, successfully raising seed funding exceeding goals by 236%.

A certified Leadership Coach and mother of two, Libi has served on the board of the Society of Canadian Women in STEM supporting women in tech and STEM. She is passionate about creating impact, challenging the status quo and helping others succeed.
