I am a licensed medical doctor with an MBA from the University of Oxford, combining clinical expertise with strategic business acumen to drive innovation in health and medtech. Over 9 years, I founded and led ZiO Health, a medtech startup focused on in-vitro diagnostics, steering it from inception to clinical and acquisition stages. I developed products including Elosia, launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to mitigate risk and generate early revenue.
As a partner at HealthTech Investment Syndicate (HTI), I’ve invested in over 35 early-stage startups and helped build an angel community of 650+ investors. I specialize in strategic IP planning, fundraising from VCs, angels and grants, building multidisciplinary teams across the US, UK and China, and driving medtech credibility through clinical studies and accelerator programs such as HAX and PharmStars.
I actively mentor founders, advising on product development, customer discovery, market launch and growth strategies. With deep experience bridging tech, business and consumer needs, I focus on empowering founders to create transformative solutions that make a difference.
